MINI of St. Louis ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION POLICY
Dear Customer:
MINI of St. Louis understands the importance and time involved in servicing and maintaining your vehicle. Recently customers have asked questions about our transportation options. We want to take this opportunity and clarify MINI of St. Louis’ alternative transportation program:
Customers must have a scheduled service appointment and require more then 2-3 hours of work to qualify for a loaner vehicle. Customers with less than 2-3 hours work are invited to wait in our comfortable customer lounge or drop off. We do have an after hours night drop box as well.
Please keep in mind that we have 12 loaner vehicles. Loaner vehicles are not part of any warranty or contract, they are offered as a courtesy from MINI of St Louis. There are times when loaner vehicles are not available.
All loaner customers must be at least 21 years of age, in possession of a valid driver’s license, a current insurance card that matches the vehicle they are dropping off and a valid credit card.
If Loaner vehicles are not available, or your work does not exceed 2-3 hours, but you still need an alternate vehicle, you can rent a vehicle through Enterprise at a discounted rate.

- Re-Fuel the loaner before return.
- No Pets allowed in the loaner. (Other customers may have allergies)
- No Smoking, or eating in the loaners.
- Loaner must be returned the same day that your vehicle is completed.
- You are responsible for any damage, cleanliness, fuel, etc.
- Loaners have the same rules as if you rented a car from a rental agency.
