Please, tell the service guys that they have all been great to deal with on both of my service visits.
love it! I love driving it and actually look for reasons to go run an errand. I have had so many people stop me and talk about the car. We drove the car to my parents house for Christmas and they live in a SMALL town in south eastern Missouri. We got so many rubbernecks and looks that we started counting, they don't get many Minis there apparently.
We walked into the dealership and asked to test drive a Clubman. Our motoring advisor, Karen Fortune, put us in one immediately...no lengthy sales chat......just responded quickly to our request. When we returned, she asked about the features we were looking for and jumped on her computer to see which colors were available. Quite a few, so we walked out to the garage to look. We found a couple we liked. We left the dealership...test drove a couple other brands...and then called her to tell her we would return that afternoon for the Mini. She was very efficient. The finance guy was efficient. The sales manager was personable. It was a great experience.
