This is my first Mini which I have wanted for an extremely long time, the car was exactly what i had been looking for and the price was right in line with my budget. I was extremely impressed on how i was treated and Bill my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was not overbearing and was a sincere pleasure to work with. My financing was taken care of by Ms. McDonnell which I was in and the deal was closed in 15 minutes. Just and outstanding experience and i look forward to my next Mini very soon as 1 looks lonely in the drive way. This is our second MINI and when it came time to start the process of ordering our new MINI, we were thrilled to know that we could work with our original sales person, Kate Bryan. She knows her product, is smart, and is a lot of fun to work with. Oh, and Neil Westfall was pretty amazing, too! Everything about this purchase/process was positive. Never once did we feel pressured to add or buy anything that wasn't on our "wish list". We'll be back when it's time for our third MINI!

I've been on the planet long enough to have purchased a number of vehicles, both new and used, in my lifetime. Many of those experiences were really unpleasant, the kind that have given credence to the seedy car salesperson stereotype that has existed for decades. However it was not until my recent purchase of a used Mazda from Mini of St. Louis that I have ever had what I would consider a truly exceptional experience. Because of this experience, I really wanted to say something about it. The whole experience from start to finish was handled with class and professionalism combined with authenticity and a feeling of truly being valued as a customer. This started at the very beginning with an email inquiry reply I received from Neil Westfall, the general Sales Manager, over an hour after the dealership had already closed for the evening. The following day Kate Bryan followed up and what transpired after that was the absolute best communication back and forth I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Ms. Bryan was not only a great communicator but also took care to make sure that any concerns I had related to the vehicle and the purchase process were addressed. She made the experience truly enjoyable, no small feat for a skeptical car purchaser like myself. But it wasn't just Ms. Bryan that made me want to write this review. It was the culture of Mini of St. Louis that I feel really made my experience exceptional. It seems to run through the whole organization. I really and truly enjoyed the process and never experienced the negative feelings I've often had buying vehicles in the past. In short, I know where I will look first the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. P.S. Mary McDonnell, the finance and insurance manager, deserves mention as well. She did a great job.

I've always wanted a Mini and couldn't be happier with everything about the purchase!! I came in from out of town and Kate graciously offered to pick me up from train station, drove me to the dealership, introduced me to Mary (who is awesome) and showed me how to work everything on my Mini. I felt comfortable with every part of the process!! A big thank you to Mini of St. Louis!

My experience with Mary McDonnell was above and beyond ! I called to ask her a question about the warranty on my previous Mini and explained that had looked at a Countryman but it didn't seem feasible to purchase. She put a lot of effort into researching everything, down to the last penny and called me back with great news. Not only was it doable but a wise thing to do ! I hope you realize what an asset she is !!!! Teamed with Bill, who is truly a gem as well ! I felt as though I was purchasing a car from a trusted friend ! I highly recommend him !
