We have owned a MINI before. The new one is much nicer and quieter. Our sales person was excellent during the ordering process with detailed follow up. The car was delivered without a problem. The finance lady was friendly and professional. Very pleased and would recommend.

This is the 2nd Mini I have owned, and I love these cars a lot, but sometimes they can be pricey to maintain. They are specialty cars and I understand that and the reason I got my 2nd mini was because I know my dealership is still going to give me a fair price on parts and service, they are so friendly every time I visit them for service, online schedules make it easy and convenient, loaner cars make my drop off visits less stressful cause I can go about my day as normal and they always clean my car, ...

Recently needed oil change service for my 2016 MINI. Appointment was easily made online and completed at the service center under the watchful eye of Mr. Dzafic. From the time I arrived, until I drove away with task complete, the full experience was very professional and knowing that all questions were answered quickly and concisely.
After many years in the auto business, sales, finance and sales manager, the most important task is to retain customers thru the service dept. ( service after the sale, not gouging for profit). This creates return customers for years. Todd Feuerhaken is hands down the most polite, straight forward, honest source of knowledge I have met in any service department. Great job on impeccable customer service every visit... and the loaner, that made it convenient.

I bought my first Mini here in 2004. I'm on my third Mini from here ( spouse and I each drive one of them). Over the years service has waxed and waned, from good to ok. Current service manager is excellent. Hands on and involved. Bought most recent car in 2017. Sales person, who is still there, is the best of the three I've dealt with over the years. And I have loved all three of my Minis.
